Mini Ground Strip
For small garden areas, lawn edges and minor surface preparation.
- Up to 20m²
- Excavation to an average depth of 50mm
- Approximately 1m³ of clean sand
- One Able tipper-trailer load
- Disposal fees and standard local travel
- Basic levelling and clean-up
- The trailer is more economical because one trip should handle the complete quantity

Standard Ground Strip
For standard lawn removal and shallow front-yard preparation.
- Up to 50m²
- Excavation to an average depth of 50mm
- Approximately 2.5m³ measured in place
- Allowance for a 3m³ clean-fill skip
- Skip delivery and collection
- Basic levelling and clean-up
- A skip is generally preferable to two or more disposal trips, provided it is approved for approximately four tonnes of sand

Landscape-Ready
For turf, garden, gravel and general landscape preparation.
- 20m² to 60m²
- Excavation to an average depth of 100mm
- Approximately 6m³ measured in place
- Up to approximately 7.5m³ after excavation and swelling
- Heavy-waste skip allowance
- Removal and legal disposal
- Basic final levelling and site clean-up
- May use one approved heavy-waste bin, two smaller clean-fill bins or the trailer where a cheaper clean-fill outlet is available

Concrete/Paving Preparation
For deeper excavation ahead of paving, concrete and other hard landscaping.

- Excavation to an average depth of 140mm
- Approximately 7m³ measured in place
- Allowance for approximately 8m³ loose material
- Heavy-waste skip or bulk-removal allowance
- Preparation to nominated basic levels
- Site clean-up
- Road base, compaction and certified construction levels remain optional additions
- At this volume, repeated trailer runs are generally inefficient. The final quote should compare two heavy-waste skips against a tipper truck

Complete Ground Reset
For customers wanting the existing ground removed and replaced with a selected material.

- Customer-supplied measurements and locations are accurate
Additional machine time, attachment hire, disposal, imported materials and unusually difficult site conditions will be confirmed through a written variation before additional work proceeds.

Fixed-price subcontract work packages for principal contractors. We handle the groundworks and hand over with completion photos, so you can get straight to installation.
