Starting prices assume:
- Clear and safe compact-loader access
- Standard travel within the service area
- Normal sandy ground conditions
- No unidentified underground services
- No asbestos, hazardous material or hidden debris
- Work can be completed within the included time allowance
- Excavated material remains on site unless removal is included
- Customer-supplied measurements and locations are accurate
Additional machine time, attachment hire, disposal, imported materials and unusually difficult site conditions will be confirmed through a written variation before additional work proceeds.
